It's a wonderful little house with no noise, great neighbors, wonderful area for gardens, flowerbeds, etc. Has new windows so heat stays in and has oil furnace. It is very shaded but dry. This is a good house for a young family, couple, 2 females, etc. I prefer no animals, but i'm possibly open to cat or small dog. no big dogs or multiple animals.
