The lower level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, additional living room and opens to the screened in porch with hot tub. The backside of the house has all sliding glass doors and opens to the wonderful view and the front of the house faces the extensive gardens. There is easy access to many hiking trails on the mountain. The Up Yonder Mountain retreat is located 8 miles from Asheville's vibrant city center, so you get the comforts of a mountain retreat but the convenience of being located close to the area attractions, etc. Rental amount includes water/sewer/garbage, cable/high speed internet access and lawn service. You pay electric. Minimum 3 month lease, max 6 month lease. One to two month lease possible for $2200 including electric. Driveway allows for 3 cars. Home sits on a ridge overlooking the mountains and valley. One month security deposit required. $400 pet fee per pet. Max 2 medium size dogs.
