This is a very cute, renovated west asheville house about 3.5 miles from downtown. GLBT friendly. 1 bedroom. 2 bath. located in quiet area. private with great big yard. wonderful covered front porch and little back porch. new appliances. dishwasher. electric glass-top stove. new faucets and lighting, etc. newly tiled countertops. It's a wonderful little house with no noise, great neighbors, wonderful area for gardens, flowerbeds, etc. Has new windows so heat stays in and has oil furnace. It is very shaded but dry. This is a good house for a young family, couple, 2 females, etc. I prefer no animals, but i'm possibly open to cat or small dog. no big dogs or multiple animals.
