We have a beautiful home in the mountains near Asheville which we are offering for long term rent—from one to three and a half years. The house and the location are nothing less than spectacular. In the mornings you can watch as the clouds move through the valley with the treetops peaking through, the mountains rising above the clouds and hawks and other birds gracefully riding the thermals. The view is framed on both sides by gentle sloping mountains. The house has a “prow” of solid windows, 25 feet tall and 20 feet wide, offering a panoramic view of the Valley. Completely surrounding the house is a 4,000 square foot deck, perfect for relaxing, entertaining and dining. The fall colors are breathtaking, as the house is surrounded by trees, but in no way obstructing the lovely view. We have recently planted the land with over 50 pounds of wildflower seeds, and expect springtime all over the property to be a blaze of colors and textures. The setting is postcard quality. The House—the house is a two-story, 3,200 square feet home, and is constructed with real logs. It has four bedrooms and three and a half baths. It is seven years old, with the floors newly refinished, a refurbished heat pump and an exterior that is freshly stained and sealed. The property has a new three car garage built this year.
