Our lovely 1800 square foot log home located on three wooded acres is available from June 01, 2012 until Oct 01, 2012. Its location is private and tranquil but not remote. It is four minutes from Interstate 40, ten minutes to the center of Asheville, and five minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are two bedrooms. The master on the main floor has a king size Beautyrest mattress. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a lovely antique queen size bed. The Great Room has a stone fireplace, pine plank floors, and opens onto a covered porch. The home is fully and tastefully furnished and well-equipped. There is a decorative pond with fish, frogs and waterlilies and patio. There is a LA Spa hot tub and perennial flower gardens. Water, cable TV, high-speed internet and yard care are included in the rent. The owner requires credit references, first month's rent plus a security deposit that is equal to one month's rent.
