Our lovely 1800 square foot log home located on three wooded acres is available from early June until mid-October. Its location is private and tranquil but not remote. It is four minutes from Interstate 40, ten minutes to the center of Asheville, and five minutes to the Blue, Ridge Parkway. There are two bedrooms. The master on the main floor has a king size Beautyrest mattress. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a lovely antique queen size bed. The Great Room has a stone fireplace, pine plank floors, and opens onto a covered porch. The home is fully and tastefully furnished and well-equipped. There is a decorative pond with fish, frogs and waterlilies and patio. There is a LA Spa hot tub and perennial flower gardens. Basic phone, water, cable TV, high-speed internet and yard care are included in the rent. The owner requires credit references, first and last month's rent plus a security deposit. We would prefer to lease our home to one party for the entire four months but will consider one month rentals. Additional photos are available on request.
