Unfurnished home available. Seeking tenant/"roommate" for my home while I travel. I own this home...this is not a lease that I am subletting. In my absence, I will have a property manager to handle any issues that may arise. Cleanliness and a responsible track record are requirements. No pets, no smokers. I am allergic to both. Background,credit and criminal checks as well as references (from past landlords if currently renting) are required. Security deposit will be happily refunded if you return the property in the condition you accept it. A few items may be stored in 1/2 of the garage. The bonus room above the garage will house all other of my personal items and NOT be included in this agreement. You will have 1/2 of the double garage as well as the entire ground level of the home for your tenancy. Again, unfurnished. Over 2,200 square feet of heated area includes kitchen with breakfast room, sunroom, family room, tv/den/office, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Gas log fireplace, gas heat, gas water heater, central ac. 2" plantation blinds throughout house. Fenced back yard backs up to community walking trail. Beautiful mountain setting in a deed restricted community. Comparable housing (if you can find it) will be over $2000 per month for an annual lease. *I can offer 6 month @ $1775/month; 9 month @ $1675/month; or 12 month term @ $1600/month **Rent does not include utilities. This would, for example, be ideal for someone in need of interim housing while they search to buy or while building. This is not a long term (1+year) situation.
