Ideal situation for longer vacation rental; as a base residence while searching for your perfect property to purchase; or as interim housing while your dream home is being constructed. This is my primary residence and I intend to lease it while I travel. I will have a property manager to handle any issues that may arise in my absence. I can be flexible with the lease term as well as offering the option of functionally/partially furnished or unfurnished. Three months to one year terms available to negotiate. Lawn care is included. All major utilities will be in owner's name and you will pay owner monthly for utilities...no hassle with utility applications, deposits or connection fees. The final rental rate will depend on term and tenant's requirements. The stated monthly rental of $1600 reflects an unfurnished six month term plus utilities.
The space is approximately 1800 square feet of living area which includes 2 bedrooms, one bath, kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast room, vaulted ceiling great room, gas fireplace, sunroom, den/office, formal dining room, laundry room and a 2 car garage. (* square footage does not include owner lock out master and bonus room.) Hardwood flooring and 2" plantation style blinds throughout the house. My home is located in a deed restricted community of families, empty nesters and retirees. The back yard is fenced. The lot backs up to a creek and a community walking trail...all surrounded by the beautiful mountain range in Hoopers creek area of Fletcher. (10 miles southeast of downtown Asheville, 6 miles from Asheville Regional Airport.)
Credit and crIminal background check, references (previous landlord if applicable), and security deposit are required. Security deposit happily refunded if the property is returned in the same condition as it was received. Good housekeeping and cleanliness are absolute requirements. No smokers, no pets.
